With a mining engineering background, Fadi has honed his mineral exploration and extraction expertise back on Earth, surviving in Northern Canada's massive open-pit oil sands and in its deep and remote underground mines.
An Action Canada Fellow and recruited as a technology policy specialist in the federal public service, he has advised ministers on AI, natural resources, and economic development for the past 15+ years.
Conducting computer vision research with Senseable City Lab and on the dual MCP/EECS degree track, he is tackling his most unpredictable terrain navigating the HTMAA 2026 ship.
His goal: to create (and document) a unique and masterpiece artifact through a 16-week deep-space fabrication survey mission.
Through this interface, you can monitor Fadi’s vitals (Fine, Caution, Danger) and track his weekly fabrication mission logs.
