How to Make (Almost) Anything

I was born in Guangzhou and have been around manufacturing for much of my life. I moved to Australia when I was four, but returned every summer until 2020. Because of my family background, I visited factories every year.

I have prior experience in quantitative research, ML research (I wrote a paper on RLVR for G-code generation, I'll be presenting it at a workshop at NeurIPS in Sydney later in December!), music production, web development, and operating and building with industrial CNC machinery (I cut more than 200 parts on a HAAS VF2 in 2026 summer!).

I have been programming since seventh grade and spent much of high school working on physics competitions and research.

• Captained Australia at an international physics research tournament as the highest-scoring Australian competitor in two decades.
• Co-designed and built a self-navigating robot for an Australian national robotics competition.
• Produced and released music with record labels, reaching more than 300,000 online streams.

I like reading and music.
